convenient bus stopfaulty air conditioner
the bus stop outside was convenient for getting to the city center, a ride of about 25 minutes.
I was disappointed that the air conditioner didn't work well. It seemed to blow hot air instead of cold. the receptionist said it was too late to fix it and no other rooms were available. this made for a very uncomfortable night.

the room was a good size, acceptable.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was like a sauna in there. i asked for help but was told no one could fix it at that hour, and there were no other rooms available. i suffered through a hot, sleepless night.

The staff was mostly responsive. They handled requests smoothly. i used the gym. It featured cardio equipment plus weights. breakfast had a good variety, it included fresh fruit. underground parking was secure, offering peace of mind regarding my car.
